We have a specialised Dinky Warrior programme for little ones from about 4-7yrs old. These classes are specifically geared to that age group and teaches them in a fun environment. The focus of this class is teaching basics in a fun manner and classes are aimed at improving balance, proprioception, agility, memory sequence, co-ordination, crossing the mid-line, following instructions and pliometrics among other things. Classes are a little earlier to ensure little tots are not up too late! From time to time Dinky classes may be combined with the 5:30-6:30pm.
